   So, John, you only stay married to a woman who is perfect? Jase99 loves his country but when his country is wrong, he wants to make it right. Is that not the definition of patriotism? Patriotism is not"America! Love it or leave it. Jase 99 is correct.

   Always wanted to go to Cuba, since 1960. I did not believe what my government said about Cuba, and I certainly did not believe what Castro was reported to be saying. A few years ago I was able to visit Cuba as part of an Archeological research group. I still do not know what to believe. I found really nice people, organic food production, very good education, high literacy rate and excellent medical care, despite a long crippling U.S. embargo. But what good is a high literacy rate if you cannot read whatever you want?

   A Canadian mining engineer told me that the rest of the world((for instance the pope and Nelson Mandela) considers Castro to be a hero. Only the U.S. considers him to be evil. There is no doubt that he overthrew an evil, brutal, corrupt dictator who was supported by USA, and the mafia. Did he become another brutal dictator? I am still not sure how to look at Cuba. It is indeed a land of contradictions.

   There are a few things that I do know. First, Cuba is a beautiful country. Second, the Cuban refugee community in Florida are a bunch of lying, self centered jerks. Third, we look like jerks with our long standing embargo.

   Labor Day is the traditional starting point for presidential campaigns. On Labor Day weekend, Hillary started traveling in her campaign plane, which is large enough to carry press with her. And she talks to them, too! Matt’s cartoon today ranks up there with “She coughed! She must be terminally ill!” I usually like Matt’s cartoons, but this one must have been inspired by listening to rush the druggie.

   “by anyone’s yardstick” you mean according to republklan’s hoping to find anything that voters who look for bumper sticker answers to complex problems will latch onto. And they will vote for tat bastion of purity, Donnie, whose adulterous sex life makes Bill Clinton look like a monk. You watch too much faux news, my friend, and it has been proven to lower your IQ.

    Never looked into it?! How many more millions of taxpayer dollars should we spend looking into Benghazi and Whitewater before finding out nothing except Bill’s sex with a consenting adult? Serial adulterers like Hastert, Gingrich and tRump are still looking for something to pin on the Clintons that the voters will be offended by.
