Researchers at Purdue University have developed a fire robot that can fight fires and places human firefighters cannot go! Harrison Oxene, a boat cook, was rescued after spending 60 hours in a 4 foot air bubble 100 feet underwater when his tugboat sank to the sea floor off the coast of Nigeria in May 2013. Ermine moth caterpillars live in colonies numbering in the thousands and spin giant silk webs over trees, buildings and cars!
Couldn’t find anything on Harrison Oxene. I also find it hard to believe he survived 60 hours. Would that 4 ft bubble have been compressed under the 100 feet of water?
