2000: George W. Bush takes office. 3 million people lose their jobs. 2004: Bush remains in power. Interest rates rise along with the deficit. More jobs lost. (George Bush: Spend your $300 tax cut already? Die, moron!) 2008: Jeb Bush elected unemployment keeps rising. (Jeb Bush: And we have 70 seats in the senate.) 2012: Jeb Bush re-elected. Economy tanks. (Man: Who needs a stock market? We have 9 G.O.P. supreme court justices.) 2016: Barbara Bush becomes president. Depression; food rationing. (Dad says tax cuts will make it all better!) 2020: Barbara Bush re-elected. Mass starvation. (The people have spoken and that's why my party runs all 50 states.) 2024: Jenna Bush wins. U.S. requests U.N. aid, declared "failed state." 2028: Jenna Bush re-elected. U.S. population 300. (This is all Clinton's fault.)
