The Elderberries by Corey Pandolph and Phil Frank and Joe Troise for April 27, 2013
Transcript:
Darlene: You've got to promise me you won't run away from Elderpark, Pop! Dusty: May I remind you, my darlin' daughter... Darlene: Is this going to be about me running away from home? Pop! I was just a child! Dusty: Actually...I was thinkin' about the time you were 31, married and livin' in New York City... Darlene: Okay! Okay! An adolescent then!!
If I was in a place like elderpark, I’d runaway too. Just because you live in a seniors only community, you should be able to do what you want like you did when you lived in a regular neighborhood. I wouldn’t live in such a place and if someone said I had to I would tell them what they could do with themselves.
