Saw an article today about an island in the Philippines whose maximum height above sea level used to be about 2 meters. They’re adapting to the rising sea level, but they’re not planning (yet) to move.
That wave may be fun for some, right now, but it’s gonna take out a lot of coastal communities in the fairly near term.
