We STILL DON’T HAVE TESTING (readily available).
When we do have testing, it will be a lot easier to justify going out in groups of people who are known to be not shedding viruses. Until such time, since we don’t know, I consider it very much better to assume they are contagious. All and each of ’em.
A friend, who was deathly ill just after Christmas cannot get tested because he’s not sick NOW, so who knows if he had it? His spouse was also quite ill, and also cannot get tested. Their kids got coughs and haven’t been tested. So: Is it safe to hang out with them? NOBODY KNOWS… and it appears that “our” government likes it that way.
