They pulled it in, stared at it for about five minutes, and came out and said, “Buddy, we don’t know what to do with your Lexus. It takes a special tool to remove the oil filter canister and we don’t have one. We don’t even know if we have the filter it takes.” You’d think a big place like that would be better equipped.
