As Sir Isaac Newton noted, “A body in motion tends to stay in motion.”
Part of my “exercise” routine is what I call “stretchies.” They are easy to do and take very little energy to execute. It’s simply a matter of moving every bone and muscle back and forth in its joint or around in its socket. It’s also known as “range of motion” exercises.
It’s similar to Yoga without the meditation.
I am 73 years old. I have arthritis in one finger. The one I broke playing football about 60 years ago.
