constant rate f speed: 60 mph Dave Washington DAVE: Uh-oh Speed Limit 59 1/2 Dave wants to drive from Boston to Washington, 460 miles away. If he leaves at 7:30 am and travels at a constant speed of 60 miles per hour what time will he reach Washington? Mr. Staples: What did you get for that one, Nate? Nate: I didn't do that one, Mr. Staples. I thought it was a lame question. I mean, how could this guy drive at a constant speed the whole way? What if there's traffic? What about toll booths? And he's gotta stop for gas, right? Or what if he wants to stop and eat? Or go to the bathroom? They don't call the "rest stops because people drive right by them! Plus, who actually drives from Boston to Washington? It's like....hello?! Take the shuttle! Whoever wrote this question is living in a dreamworld! Reality! Give me reality! Mr. Staples : You want reality?
Mr. Galvin sure looks different than he does now!
