Apparently one of the rights America won from the British was the right to hold slaves and oppress others. I see little reason to celebrate. Jazmine: Oh, you can find the downside to anything. When you listen to this, it really makes you wonder sometimes why Black people do celebrate the 4th? A day we really should celebrate that hard was the last day of the civil war, when it was illegal to have slaves, and MLK’s birthday.
