What frustrates me is when I call to resolve an issue and I get a recording saying they are not resolving issues (usually a return) on the phone, only purchases, so I must do an online chat. Things are never understood quite as well on chat. I feel like they’re not paying attention. At least I can save the conversation for reference though.
