Cathy: If a person has to eat 25 grams of fiber to reduce cholesterol, and the average oat-bran muffin has one gram of fiber, then I would have to eat 25 of your muffins per day, Mom. Mom: That's correct. Cathy: If the average muffin has 200 calories, and the average aerobics class burns 350 calories per hour, I would have to do 14 hours of your aerobics per day to work off the muffins. Mom: That's correct. Cathy: How can you possibly think this will appeal to the hectic overbooked life of a working person?? Mom: It't the marketing concept of the '90s' Cathy. The people who can afford the program don't have time to add up how ridiculous it is.
