Cathy: It's so hard to make myself exercise after work, but I've been doing it! Andrea: Whew! Me too, Cathy. I face two wild preschoolers at the door...we have play time, dinner time, dish-wash time, bath time and story time...then I make tomorrow's lunches, pick up all the toys, do a load of wash and spend time with my husband......it's all I can do to get through two sets of sit-ups before I collapse into bed! Cathy: I face a really comfy couch!!
