Cathy: I used to go on diets. I had to give up ice cream, chocolate, cake, cookies and pie. now I'm on a sensible eating plan for life. Now I can have small amounts of all the food I love...but now I have to give up the fantasy of miracle weight loss...the notion that a skinnier body is a better body...and the idea that a magazine model has anything to do with a healthy human form. My sweet tooth is satisfied, but now I have a constant craving for delusion.
