Cathy: Mirror, mirror, on the wall. In my own home...in perfect lighting...in optimal humidity conditions.. I can't tell if I like it. I need to see it in my own mirror. Salesman: What's wrong with the 200 mirrors in this store? Cathy: I can't tell what it looks like in these mirrors. Salesman: It looks like it will look at home! They're mirrors! No good. I need to see it in my home base mirror. I know what all my other clothes look like in that mirror, so I can compare what this looks like. Salesman: Fine...Since you know what the clothes you wore in here look like in your home mirror, put them on and compare them to how they look in this mirror...then use the differential to calculate how the new outfit will look in the home mirror versus this one!! Cathy: Listen to us, love us but don't try to think like us. Saleswoman: The women's department is no place for problem-solving. Salesman: Wait! Put on half of the new outfit and half of the old and....Wait!
