Men own most of the companies...men hold most of the top-paying jobs...men have most of the power, and make most of the decisions, including who stays and who goes...business is still a male-dominated, male-controlled, male-brained universe...so why, when someone is laid off, is the slip called "pink" --the one color assocaited with females??
