Regarding the Arizona biased “FRAUDit” conducted by Trump conspiracy theorists confirming not only that Biden did win in Arizona but increasing his margin of victory…
Gotta admit, I did not see that coming.
Doug Logan, owner of Cyber Ninjas, must have realized that if he made accusations against Dominion voting systems that were contradicted by previous real audits and real evidence, he would join the ranks of those being sued for defamation by Dominion.
Further, after receiving a warning from the Department of Justice (now under responsible management) about possible violations of federal election integrity laws, Logan must have further decided to go deeper down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories he knew to be contradicted by the evidence.
Still further, the House Select Committee on Elections had REQUESTED (not subpoenaed) Logan’s voluntary testimony and the preservation of records relating to his direct communications and involvement with the Trump organizations before and during the audit. So far Logan has rejected these voluntary requests, but it is almost certain that the next step will be subpoenas. Perhaps he did not want to report content that he knew he could not subsequently defend under oath.
Next up: a similar FRAUDit in … TEXAS!
(They do know that Trump won in Texas, don’t they?)
