Doctors with out what? Chit chat with the physician has become mind numbing trivia instead of “Doc can you cure that thing attached to my whazoo!” or “If I pour bleach on it will the smell go away?”. “I turn the lights off so my wife won’t notice”. The number one thing you should talk to your doctor about – “I think it’s dead”.

That’s because it too expensive. He thinks he can overprice it like his bills.

A “boarder” is someone who is fed, and not just renting a room. That’s what the expression “room and board” means.

Meanwhile, the doc isn’t trying very hard to find a replacement for his previous boarder, who left without paying. He’s tired of being boarder-stiffed.

now that the bookstore chain is dead he’s also a doctor without borders…

Maybe he can get a sheep herding dogs in there. At least he won’t be without Boarder Collies.

If he was interesting, he’d be a doctor without boreders.

That is a really great organization, though.

A family member lives near a major teaching hospital. He rents out some of his rooms to young doctors. Covid was not fun for that group of roommates.

Groan! A doctor along my 78 year trip did his whatchamacallit with the indigenous people in the four corners and loved it.
