Jake does his best work when he doesn’t have to break a sweat…

The bar is set pretty low as far as Jake’s best work.

Jake doesn’t do anything where he has to break a sweat.

He is not afraid of work. He will lay down next to it and stare at it all day long.

Always fun to work at a place where the employees talk about each other all day.

At least he is doing something….unlike you two standing around talking. What’s the deal about glass houses?

I had a worthless mechanic that used to work for me. I used to think that he was better than nothing, then nothing caught up.

Nothing hurts productivity more than paying un unproductive employee to work with productive ones.

If Mr. Rod, the owner, had video cameras in the store, he would see Jake doing nothing and next to nothing every day he worked.

my wife works with a guy who’s even worse than jake. not only is he incapable of performing any of the tasks required for the job, he regularly screws up, resulting in financial losses (due to spoiled food) for the employer. the supervisor’s explanation for not firing him is that they need to keep him so that the other employees can get their regular time off. in other words, local companies are at such a loss for employees to fill slots that they’re willing to keep incompetents on the job while praying for someone better to come along…

maybe there’s hope for me, after all… ☺
