Alice: We need to flush some ice cubes so it'll snow! Beni: Yeah. Kevin: That's not what makes it snow. Kevin: What makes it snow is that guy with the map who's on TV. Beni: WHAT? Kevin: Whenever the guy with the map who's on TV panics it snows. Beni: You've got too much faith in the power of grownups. Alice: Yeah, Kevin.
It is kind of over hyped. A bunch of snow landed on a bunch of states and killed some people who were doing something they shouldn’t have been doing in 3 feet of snow- or in other words, it’s winter.
