Man: Think he'll talk to us about Cambodia? Honey: Not a chance. Man: His Senate race? Honey: Now you're talking. Man: Say, Doc, I wonder if we could talk about the Shawcross book now... Kissinger: The what? Man: You know, sir, "Sideshow," the book about your role in the destruction of Cambodia. Kissiner: Mr. Perkins, this class does not concern itself with the study of fairy tales! Man: It seemed fairly well documented to me, sir. Take, for instance, your infraction of Cambodia's neutrality. Kissinger: Mr. Weinburger, you're in over your head! The Viet Cong had already violated Cambodia's neutrality by establishing base camps! Honey: If I may just jump in here, sir, neutrality is not like virginity. It does not disappear after the first violation. Kissinger: Ms. Huan, there was no violation! We were there at the personal request of Prince Shanoum! Man: Doc, I wonder if you could remember his exact words? Man: Yes, sir. Just for the memory books. Kissinger: Yes, he said, "Henry, please drop three times as many bombs on my country as were dropped on Japan in all of World War II." Man: Sounds like a mandate to me! Man: Heck yes!
