Mark: Only one story today... better get to it! Okay, so lately I've been thinking about this book I once read called "The No A------ rule." Everyone knows what an a----- is - an obnoxious, narcissistic bully, someone who hogs all credit and ducks all blame. The book cites extensive evidence that in the workplace, a-----s create a toxic environment, decrease productivity, and induce employee turnover. Bottom line? No matter what the organization, it's a huge mistake to knowingly hire a certified a----! Okay, so given all that, here's today's class exercise. Everyone ready?
