Caulfield: Trust me, he's not. Mrs. Olson: 40 MPH is a nice, prudent speed! Frazz: Not in a neighborhood and not on the interstate where did you get pulled over?
I’ve been around her before. I’ve always called them “Constant speed drivers”, no matter what the speed limit or road type/condition they drive the same speed. Usually they are of the older driver persuasion.
