Girl: We found a lost dog in our yard. The public safety guy scanned it, and it was back home in five minutes. Microchips are great for pets, but they're yawners for story arcs. Frazz: I am just fine with that.
“story arc” – There’s an expression that was not in anyone’s vocabulary when I was in grade school! In fact the only place I’ve seen it used is here in the comments.
