I'm not sure we have enough room in the freezer for our turkey. Looks like we'll have to eat all the popsicles and ice cream to make room. Thank goodness for Thanksgiving dinner! For once she's letting us eat our dessert before the meal.
We “brine” our turkey. We put a 24-pound turkey in a lobster pot, under water for 3 days and it still have a huge boulder of ice inside the cavity when we took it out.
