What would be worse, “processed” food or raw products that will probably go bad before you can eat it or make you sick if you do?
Extending shelf live is a way of life in these days of consumer living, else food supplies would be more scarce and more expensive. Very few people grow or hunt down their food anymore to eat truly fresh and unprocessed. There is method behind the madness. Some complaints are not well-thought through.
