I’m reading these strips for the second time and still relishing the moments. I read the later strips when I was a kid, when Daisy Mae and Abner were living together and may have had a son. There were lots of minor characters such as Jubilation T Cornpone, Moonbeam McSwine, Marryin’ Sam. Lots of tickling for my funnybone to enjoy.
