Man: Please, I'd like to have the surgical clamp the hospital left in me removed. Woman: Medicare won't cover that anymore - you'll have to pay for the removal yourself. Man: Wouldn't the hospital pay for that? Woman: No. And if you don't remove ti, we'll have to charge you $200 for the clamp. Man: But what if I can't afford the removal operation? Woman: If you don't want to buy the clamp, we can rent it to you for $600 a year. Man: But it hurts having the clamp in there. Woman: Take an aspirin - they're only forty bucks. Punk: They're having a cut-rate special on colonoscopies, sir! George W. Bush: I missed it! Damn lousy health care!
