Maybe he's always liked me and just never said anything . . I hate to make him unhappy . . ."<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty continues, "I know how it is when you fall for someone . . You think about them all the time . . . Poor Chuck . . . I'll bet he can't even sleep . . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown lies in bed asleep.<BR><BR>
Weirdly, Patty’s crush seems to manifest in a belief that Charlie Brown has a hopeless crush on her. But the truth is quite obvious in that she’s the one lying awake thinking about him.
