She raises her hand and says, "Ma'am?"<BR><BR> Lucy asks, "How come we've only been studying about men in history?"<BR><BR> Lucy continues, "Aren't we going to study about women?"<BR><BR> Lucy says, "I had a grandmother who was kind of cute!"<BR><BR>
I had a great-grandmother that went West in a covered wagon right before the turn of the 20th century. There’s a family story about her cutting off the end of one of her fingers with an axe while chopping wood, and sewing it back on herself. Tough lady!
