Peppermint Patty is boxing with a schoolbook; they are both wearing boxing gloves. She is sitting at her classroom desk snoring, with her head hanging over the back of her chair.<BR><BR> She starts to lean forward still asleep. As her head hits the desk, her face is snapped up in her binder, she screams.<BR><BR> She sits up with the binder on her face and says,"Sorry, Ma'am...my nose is caught in my binder..."<BR><BR> She pulls at the binder and continues,"I'm trying not to scream...it's very painful..."<BR><BR> She gets uyp and says,"May I have permission to see the school nurse? Or, maybe the custodian? We may need a pair of pliers."<BR><BR> She turns around and walks into the door. Dazed, she says,"Sorry, Ma'am...I'm having trouble seeing where I'm going..."<BR><BR> She walks off again, feeling her way.<BR><BR> She sits at her desk with a bandage over her nose. She says,"Fortunately, the senior prom isn't for another ten years..."<BR><BR>
Well, now she’s got the hole, all she needs now is the ring.
