Transcript:
Charlie Brown stands on the pitcher's mound. Lucy stands next to the pitcher's mound with a paper and says, "It says here that the team in first place on the Fourth of July usually wins the pennant."

Charlie Brown replies, "We were in last place on the Fourth of July . . Also on Memorial Day and Mother's Day . . ."

Charlie Brown shouts, "We'll probably be in last place on Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and your birthday!!"

Lucy stands in the outfield and says, "I hate being in last place on my birthday . ."

I’d have more sympathy for Charlie Brown if he wasn’t so negative all the time.
