Goat says, "That was a fire. And it was over a hundred years ago! And the cow didn't start it intentionally!!" Rat says, "Well, I'd say that's open to interpretation." Goat says, "Oh my gawd...this is insane! Okay, suppose cows were the enemy and we arrested all of them...where exactly would we imprison these millions of cows?!?"
