Pearls Before Swine by Stephan Pastis for July 26, 2011
Transcript:
Rat: So why'd the feds let you out of prison? Stephan Pastis: I agreed to make 'Pearls' a "lighthearted spoof on the modern American family, sure to induce wholesome chuckles." Rat: That's like almost every other comic on the page. Pastis: Yep, and we're gonna start by introducing a kindhearted mother character... in fact, my very own mother. Mother: Is this the only $*@! beer in the house? Rat: Maybe we won't be like every other comic on the page. Pastis: Language, Mom. Language.
Totally reminds me of Craig Ferguson. He’s always getting yelled at for his language and lack of being like any of the other talk shows. Yea Stephan! Yea Craigy!
