What the fork?!! In June 1633, John Winthrop, governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, received the first table fork in North America. (But was not sure what to do with it) colonists preferred to use their fingers until the 18th century and saw no use for forks! David Patrick of Los Angeles has reinvented the wheel- he claims that his cube -shaped shark wheel for skateboards is faster and more efficient than a regular circular wheel! The Italian firearms company Beretta- was founded in 1526!
Fingers are great for eating french fries and such — but I think it might have been a bit messy to use them for soup.
