In 2013, ex-military Dr. Sam Axelrad, from Houston, Texas, returned the bones of an arm he had amputated in 1966 to its owner- Nguyen Quang Hung, a Vietnamese soldier whose life he had saved during the Vietnam War.
What earthly legal reason did he have for keeping an amputated arm all those years? Ghastly. Why isn’t he in jail?
