The Egyptian protesters are more interested in their economic & political freedom than radical ideology. The Muslim Brotherhood has been a bit player in all of this so far, and while they have some extreme elements, on the whole they’ve renounced violence.
Whatever shape the next government of Egypt takes, they will most likely be more pressed with dealing with domestic matters than starting a conflict with Israel that they are sure to lose.
