Chris was getting a new cell phone last year at a Verizon store. While she dealt with that and I waited, one of the floor clerks handed me an iPad to keep busy with. Not just out of consideration, I’m sure, but in hopes I’d be convinced to buy one. But there are still things I don’t like about it. It’s too exposed. I like that I can close up a lap top. That was considered a big deal when they were first introduced, and now it’s old hat. And all the glass- iPhones are breakable enough as it is. And frankly, I don’t really like to have the image flip around on its own when I turn it. I’d rather be able to control that. Or can you?
