Transcript:
Lupin: The annual gourd sacrifice has begun. Puck: It's a somber occasion on the dining table, Lupin, as the People begin their yearly ritual. The organs are removed with ceremonial tools reserved for gourd sacrificing, and then later fired and devoured, presumably for their power. Elvis: It is unclear why the People worship a pumpkin god. Or why it's such a goofball... Lupin: Gain the power... Puck: No, Lupin, don't! It tastes terrible! Elvis: Are they mocking their god? Is this a protest? Puck: After carving a face into their sacrifice, the People place a jar full of Christmas lights in it. To represent the jar of Christmas lights in each of us. Woman: Honey, I think Lupin got into some pumpkin. Lupin: Am I sticky with power? Or just sticky?
I’ve been told that all-white cats with blue eyes are deaf, but my grandmother had several over the decades, and all would answer to call, even from the barn.
