Cathy: Thanksgiving dinner is at my house this year, Mom! Mom: Don't be silly, sweetie. You can't do it all by yourself! Cathy: Why not? I only invited six people. Mom: Oh, heavens! I'll come right over and help you make a schedule! Cathy: Mom, Thanksgiving isn't for two weeks! Believe me, I'm used to deadlines! I'll simply run to the store the night before, buy some groceries, popl them in the oven, set the table, and voila! What's all the fuss? Mom: Cathy will be cooking her own goose this year, Dear.
