Proper rhymes start on an accented vowel. Since “orange” is accented on the “o”, anything that rhymes with “orange” has to start on the “o”, and then continue through to the end, with all the sounds. There is no perfect rhyme in English for “orange”, but “door hinge”, “floor hinge”, “core hinge”, etc. (there are quite a few) come close.
