I cannot get a good first night sleep in any hotel with exception to Sofitel. My company set up all travel back in the day. I got to stay there twice. The other extreme was biz trip during hard times. Usually they booked me at the KnifeFight motel.

I like motels with Sleepnumber beds. Sadly though, the beds with coin operated vibration, are long gone.

the mattress might be OK but those super soft pillows are not good for watching t.v. in bed.
