I can’t believe I failed to post my earlier comment sigh! It looks like we’ve got a kettle of jambalaya on the left, the lady in the middle id dicing “trinity” — onions, peppers and celery and the lady on the right is shucking corn. Growing up we had corn fresh out of the garden every summer, lightly blanched and covered in butter. Roasting it on a grill never did anything for me, it had to be blanched.
