My kind of exercise! But then again… I have always had difficulty in Stationary Exercise. The best part of exercise in the outdoors is to Go Somewhere. Breathe in the fresh air. Take note of what flowers are blooming in the season. If there are no blooms… notice the changes of the season. Many look up at the autumn leaves… I look down. Leaves getting crushed under foot being a little damp will make “tea stains” on the sidewalk. Enjoy watching others go about their day. Pet the friendly dog who greets you from his yard every time you pass. Maybe have a goal to reach and then return home. I would aim for a doughnut shop or an ice cream parlor.
