I’m a little off my feed this morning. Probably nothing serious, but I’m not going to prayer group so I don’t “share”.
No housekeepers yesterday. They are supposed to be here at 10. At 11:30 I sent an email to the boss complaining. He called me and told me that he had informed me that 10:00 to Noon was an “arrival window”. First he never said that to me, ever. and Second, that was never the deal with this service. He’s the third owner of the business since I’ve been dealing with them and he can’t seem to get a handle on his workers schedules. So I fired him. He then wrote me an email saying that the reason my housekeeping team was late was because “another customer changed their time and that, in turn, changed yours (mine)”. Ok, he just confirmed my attitude. Why should another customer changing their time affect my scheduled cleaning?
I have already hired another service. It’s a bit more expensive, but at least I won’t have to deal with Eric. They will be here tomorrow and then every other Wednesday after that. It will affect my laundry day, though. I will have to revert to Mondays.
Other than all of that, it’s a beautiful day, due to hit the low 60’s again. Tomorrow it drops back down to the low 50’s for the next few days.
