Either thaw the jars at room temperature, or remove the lid assembly and put the jars on a metal tray and put in a preheated 200° F. oven until thawed (from past experience do not microwave even at low power / I’ve lost jars). Heating pot to soup bowl from there . I still haven’t gotten around to asking for reinstatement at GoComics. There’s no guarantee I would be anyway; the third user survey has come and gone, and still nothing changes)."
