That S’More recipe has not been approved by the Stay Puft marshmallow man nor by Hank Greenberg. S’less ON side shoots of the 424th Teenage Tree Club is actually a serious hobby. ( Everything can’t be geared toward an infant tree.)
When I was a kid, we made s’mores in the oven—one graham cracker, part of a Hershey bar (they were bigger than the cracker so we had to nibble it down to size) and two marshmallows under the broiler until the chocolate melted and the marshmallow got brown on top. The second graham cracker was added before eating. We called them angels on horseback.
