A Monday no less. The most hated day in the week.

I’ve had a lot of days like that lately. Hopefully we’re through the hassles and into a quieter period now.

So nice to be retired.

I have to confess something. Today I spent way too much money on some Jim Shore Peanuts Christmas stuff. A nativity (Woodstock in the manger and Sally a singing angel), and a pyramid of the characters, and Snoopy and the birds singing around a fireplace…..there it all was, not just pictures in a catalog, right in front of me to handle and examine. It was not my fault. My husband is the one who wanted to go in that store, and then pointed out the figurines to me. and suggested I get an employee to open the cabinet for me. I love my new stuff.
