Oh, now I see, it’s the facial hair. Our Kevin slipped through a quantum window and exchanged places with this Vin, who was flipping over the swing bar at the same time.

My theory: Dream Sequence, Kevin simply brung a marker in his pocket and is messing with Miles, or, of course, jumping over the bar causes Kevin to get enough speed to rip a hole through the space-time continuum, switching places with Vin.

That sonic boom really did a number on him.
