Katy’s love for her parents is almost fifty-fifty, depending on what she knows.

Katy, it doesn’t take much to see that the problems of being married to your dad don’t amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world.

The mark of a man who desperately wants to be a connoisseur.

And when you get older and fall in love your friends will say why him? Just point to your mom.

Based on us – and on paper we should not be together at all – if you make it first through the first two years – aka – “the period of adjustment” – the next 40+ are clear sailing and you come to depend on each other and need other – become two halves of a whole – one of you is able to do some things and the other is able to do some other things, and whatever else there is – you can deal with it if you work together.
